(inspired in Our Experience as Ámense, carrying out care of terminally sick and families)
When I see you, first, I feel a cold:
Can you tell me something?
Cold you say anything? How are you doing?
What’s your name?
Silence is the only answer that I find.
And I move forward out of my self
I could see myself running away, and trying to say something nice
But then, I find you,
I meet you through your strong breath, and your aphasic expression
And I decide to talk to you anyway
Words of life come out from my soul
And I pray, feeling clearly that you are listening to my voice,
And I could see that something changes in your face.
I received your deepest true,
I see the latest fire of your body waking up
And then, you find the Lord of your life
And I find you.
You are going to pass away,
Maybe, in the future, I will not remember your name,
but you stay already,
In my heart’s land,
through Him,
for Ever.
